Our story

Fidel Garcia and his wife Aida Pena, have lived and breathed the Tex-Mex Restaurant industry in Austin Texas since 1993. Where they mastered handmade Tex-Mex recipes. In 2013 Fidel and Aida decided to venture out on their own. They opened their little Tex-Mex Restaurant serving the North Austin Communities of Wells Branch and Pflugerville. Their mission was simple, yet ahead of its time “Serve fresh and warm Tex-Mex dishes to the community.” Grill On Tex-Mex Restaurant focuses on serving Lakeway Community. Made fresh daily for those who prefer high quality food. Through their mission they continue to build community one dish at a time.
